1.1. The contents of this quotation or any part of it are private and confidential, intended solely for the named recipient. This quotation contains privileged and confidential information. 1.2. This quotation has been issued in good faith by Silvershield Wireless Security (SSWS). 1.3. Any special terms and conditions take precedence over the SSWS terms and conditions only if provided in writing with explicit approval. 1.4. The quoted prices are based solely on the supply of the listed hardware, software, and services. 1.5. Any SSWS standard-supplied equipment or equipment from specialist manufacturers is offered without modification. 1.6. During repairs, some or all stored data may be lost. Please ensure that you have backed up all data before repairs. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used for repairs. 1.7. Receipt of your official order or email confirmation is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.1. Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. 2.2. All prices are based on ex-works SSWS, Perth, Western Australia. 2.3. Pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3.1. Payment terms are strictly due on the day of installation. EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or Credit Card payments are accepted. 3.2. For services or contract work, invoices will be issued upon completion of services or at agreed intervals during service delivery. Retentions are not accepted unless agreed in writing, in which case a bank guarantee will be required. 3.3. Failure to settle accounts as agreed may result in goods or services being placed on hold until the account is settled. Continued failure to pay by the due date may lead to the withdrawal of credit terms. Title to invoiced goods does not pass to the buyer until all monies owed are paid in full.

4.1. Delivery will be confirmed upon receipt of an official order form. 4.2. All installations and promotions are subject to stock availability at the time of booking. If an item is out of stock, SSWS will notify the customer and offer:

• A backorder option (installation scheduled once stock arrives).
• An alternative product of similar quality and functionality.
• A full refund for pre-paid orders, if preferred.

5.1. Prices are valid for acceptance and order within 30 days; thereafter, they are subject to confirmation. 5.2. Upon acceptance, prices are firm for the estimated construction or installation period. 5.3. Variations in exchange rates, custom duties, and base metal prices at the time of delivery will be the buyer's responsibility.

6.1. Warranty is provided on standard manufacturers' terms and covers the replacement or repair, at SSWS's sole discretion, of any defective parts of the equipment supplied for twelve (12) months from the date of initial installation unless stated otherwise in writing. 6.2. Manufacturers' return-to-base warranty terms do not cover travel, de-installation, return freight, return travel, re-installation, reprogramming, and commissioning, which are specifically excluded from warranty coverage. 6.3. No liability is accepted for consequential damages arising from the use of the equipment supplied. 6.4. Faults or failures caused by Acts of God, electrical issues, maltreatment, or interference with installed equipment are specifically excluded from warranty coverage.

7.1. All work shall be carried out during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. 7.2. All necessary Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Work Method Statements (WMS), Risk Assessments (RA), etc., will be provided. 7.3. SSWS complies with the National Code of Practice.

8.1. Unless specifically stated in our quotation as being provided by SSWS, the following items are excluded and must be provided by others: 8.2. All 240V electrical work. 8.3. Double 240V General Purpose Outlets (GPOs) as required for all powered equipment in our quotation.

9.1. Free or Standard-Rate Installation applies within a 50km radius of Perth CBD. 9.2. 50km – 100km from Perth CBD: A travel surcharge applies and will be quoted before booking confirmation. 9.3. 100km+ from Perth CBD: Custom quotes are required, factoring in travel, accommodation (if necessary), and additional time spent onsite. 9.4. Regional & Remote Installations: FIFO and regional areas require prior scheduling and may include additional travel and accommodation costs. 9.5. A deposit may be required for long-distance travel jobs.

10.1. If the client requires installation to be rescheduled or canceled with at least 3 days' notice, no additional fees will be incurred. If less than 3 days' notice is given, SSWS may, at its discretion, charge a $300 cancellation/rescheduling fee. Rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours will always incur a $300 fee.

11.1. If the client requires troubleshooting that is not related to hardware or installation issues, such as re-installing the app on a new device or after a power outage, a $200 call-out fee will be charged. SSWS will strive to resolve non-hardware or installation-related problems by providing detailed instructions on installing/reinstalling the app and software after the initial installation.

Schedule of Rates:

• Firmware update: $50 remotely, $200 locally.
• Loss of phone requiring camera reinstallation on the app: $200 for a site visit (Instructions provided).
• All local work not covered by warranty: $300 call-out fee.

Exclusion of Liability for Non-Mains Wired Smoke AlarmsSilvershield Wireless Security (SSWS) provides security and alarm systems according to client specifications. Clients are responsible for verifying the specific smoke alarm requirements for their property. SSWS accepts no liability for any damages, penalties, or legal actions that may result from non-compliance with local smoke alarm regulations.
